Seasons change…

Posted on Updated on

The hauling and noises seemed almost his decibel limits but he stood and had the Coffee gently. He watched the model made of paper and thermocol, innovation was the theme, apple as the seducer in hands of Adam and eve, then as the knocker on Newton’s head and then as the laptop in hands of Steve jobs…
‘Do you need anything to eat’, suddenly a voice interrupted his thoughts. He never realized the girl in pink shirt was noticing him.
‘No, thank you’, he replied with a smile.
He leaped again to his pool of thoughts and looked towards the induced macro objects around there, he saw the crowd moving their bodies in rhythm, taking another sip of caffeine fix, it made him remember the days he went for ice trekking.
‘Enjoying ha?’ the track his of thoughts again got impaled. He looked towards the sound.
‘I See no girls there’, he replied smiling to the familiar face.
They burst out in to a laughter, and she said ‘you never changed, can we have a walk?’.
‘Ya fine’, he agreed.
They walked through the same road where tree leaves fell and whispered.
‘How are you?’ she asked.
‘Fine and you are?’
‘I never changed’, she replied in her little cold voice.
That I assumed, he said.
The atmosphere seemed raining…the silence slowly crept between them.
‘So, how is life’, finally he broke the silence.
‘Its fine’, she smiled widely and said, ‘beautiful…’
He shrugged.
The silence again started to fill the voids between them…
‘Well, you still sing? ‘His voice started to shiver.
‘No, not a bit’, she replied…
‘Ah, don’t worry….I mean, I am over.’
She looked coldly to his eyes…
‘I know, it’s all kind of infatuation and some curiosity, I think’. She replied boldly.
‘Silly, but when it happens it ought to be true’, He shrugged…
‘Again…again, you fall for it’, she giggled.
‘Well, I….I don’t know’. His voice showed uneasiness.
‘Ah, I am sorry’, she looked in to his eyes with regret.
‘Never mind’. He said briskly.
They stopped walking and turned back.
‘How is college?’, she asked with a curious expression.
He smiled slightly and said ‘It changed all definitions.’
She also smiled back at him and said ‘You seem very different, you seem much bold’.
‘That you also, never found that old pony tail who used to quarrel with me’.
Both of them laughed…
As they walked back, he thought, Seasons Change and they will change everything around him, a series of memoirs flashed through his mind…
